Install the Audit App

The Library feature of the Sumo Logic Web Application allows an Admin to install the Sumo Logic Audit App. Your organization will be up and running with the app in just a few minutes.

To install the app:

  1. In the Library, click the Apps tab.
  2. Click Audit.
  3. Click Install.
  4. If Sumo Logic Auditing is not enabled, select the toggle to enable it. Otherwise, the application will have no data to display. If the feature is already enabled, the toggle does not appear.
  5. In the Install Application dialog box, choose a location in the Personal folder.
  6. Click Install.
  7. When the Confirm dialog displays, click Go to navigate to the installed app.

After the Install

Once an app is installed, it will appear in your Personal folder. From here, you can publish it to share it with your organization.

Panels will start and fill automatically. It's important to note that each Panel slowly fills with data matching the time range query and received since the Panel was created. Results won't immediately be available, but with a bit of time, you'll see full graphs and maps.
