Once you make a copy of a search or Dashboard, you're the owner of the copy. You can edit the search or Dashboard to make it fit your needs. You can also copy a folder, which grabs all the content saved in the folder, then adds the copied folder to your Personal directory.
Any copied content is moved to your Personal folder. You can choose to save it in an existing subfolder or create a new subfolder.
To copy an item from a folder:
- Select the item and click the details icon.
- Select Duplicate from the drop-down menu.
- Choose the location where you'd like to save the copied content and click Duplicate.
You should receive a success message confirming the copied item.
